As a subsidiary of the Unizyx Group, Zyxel follows the Group-wide unified sustainability policy while continuing to observe the principles of the Global Compact defined by the United Nations and following the guiding principles of OECD. We promise to work with internal and external stakeholders in pursuit of business growth while continuing to create positive impacts on the environment and the community.

ESG governance

Zyxel establishes its ESG Committee to carry out the mid-and long-term goals defined by the Unizyx ESG Steering Committee, the highest ESG governing body of the Unizyx Group.

Chaired by Zyxel Communications President, the Zyxel ESG Committee comprises senior managers from each functional department. The Committee members report weekly to the Committee Chairman and monthly to the ESG Steering Committee to track performance, smooth implementations, and propel continuous improvements.
