ESG governance
Zyxel establishes its ESG Committee to carry out the mid-and long-term goals defined by the Unizyx ESG Steering Committee, the highest ESG governing body of the Unizyx Group.
Chaired by Zyxel Communications President, the Zyxel ESG Committee comprises senior managers from each functional department. The Committee members report weekly to the Committee Chairman and monthly to the ESG Steering Committee to track performance, smooth implementations, and propel continuous improvements.

Stakeholders engagement
Expectations and demands of external and internal stakeholders have been an essential part of Zyxel’s continuous efforts in operation optimization. We establish versatile communication channels for each stakeholder and continued to conduct materiality analysis to ensure our sustainability strategies and action plans are on the same track as stakeholders’ concerns.
Zyxel identifies six categories of stakeholders – investors, employees, customers, suppliers, governments, and communities and the following 14 material topics in governance, environmental and social aspects respectively and evaluates the relevance to the impacts on operations.

Business ethics, integrity, and compliance with international and local laws and regulations form the foundation of our corporate culture. We establish a corporate governance and risk control mechanism based on these virtues to ensure a sustainable business environment. Through this mechanism, we establish internal policies, procedures, training programs, evaluations, and declarations.
Zyxel requires all stakeholders to adhere to integrity and ethics and abide by the Code of Conduct regarding the following topics — regulation compliance, anti-corruption, fair trade, intellectual property, information security, and conflicts of interest.
