When Phichit College of Agriculture and Technology (PCCAT) opened over 40 years ago, it’s possible the founders envisioned what the future held in store: an expansive campus with cutting-edge facilities and vibrant, eager minds. Less likely? Knowing to what extent the school would be reliant upon network technology to achieve its vocational visions. In 2018, as its existing network infrastructure was struggling to meet the many needs of a massive campus, PCCAT decided to upgrade to a Zyxel GPON Solution. The school’s new GPON network is powerful, energy efficient, and scalable, ensuring that students and teachers have high-speed access to valuable educational information for decades to come.
